This new collection of short stories, Do Not Say It’s Not Your Country (Griots Lounge, 2019) has been praised as a Pan-African work of literature, ambitious with stories and characters in different African cities, lightly touching the popular Afrophobic (Xenophobia) theme and several topical themes. At the last KABAFEST in September, he was hosted on a booklogue alongside South African author of 'London, Capetown, Joburg' – Zukiswa Wanner, where issues surrounding Pan-Africanism found the centre stage. It was a highly praised booklogue, with a lot of information, as it was also streamed live on all social media platforms. Please check the links below for images and reports on the booklogue.
